Reseting of leavebuster time

So recently, i got banned and had to wait for 20 mins for 5 games. Now, its the last game and the time gets reseting and it suddenly stops the queue. I am not able to play any games! It just keeps on doing the thing. Tried restartting my PC dosen't seem to work! My network is strong enough. I don't know for what sake it is doing this?
