ping raises only in league of legends

my ping used to be 39 41 but now its on 149 152 most of the time and often raises to 500 700 ping i tried running speed tests my speed is at 33mbs while im playing and ive tried playing other multiplayer games the ping is fine there but when i try League it raises again idk why
