Dragonblade riven disappeared from lunar revel shop

I looked yesterday at my offers from the lunar revel shop, and i got dragonblade riven. Today i look back, about to buy it and it had been locked. I unlocked the offer and it was replaced with a different skin! Im so dissapointed with this since i was looking forward to purchasing that skin, as well as it being 70% off!
