[Client] No Capsule on Level up. Help?

I hit level 58 yesterday and after the game the client skipped the after-game stats screen and took me straight to the lobby. Right as the game ended it did the animation where my experience went up to the next level but it stopped halfway through when it took me to the lobby. I was not pressing any other buttons. Afterward, I had no capsule. I searched for similar cases and saw a LoL technician in the archived support board say to wait 12 hours in case it was just being slow, which I thought was fair. Here I am a day later and I have just confirmed there is still no capsule, nor any new items in my inventory to show it was auto-opened for some reason. Is there something you guys can do to help? My summ name is NoaShoak, If you need more information, I can give it in a less public medium. I'm not sure if its reproducible really, I haven't leveled since then. If this post needs to be in a different board, please let me know and i'll move it. Thanks abunch,
