[GAMEPLAY] Janna Bug. Failed Instant Q Cast.

The bug: You want to cast Janna's Q (Howling Gale, "the tornado") instantly, without charging. You press Q twice in a quick manner only to find that you just activated the first cast and are now charging the Q.

I always thought that I didn't press Q properly. It turns out, this is a reproducible bug, at least on my system.

How to reproduce it:

• Activate quick cast.

• Activate range indicators (quick cast on key release).

Cast Howling Gale the following way:

1. Press Q and hold it.

2. Release Q and immediately press Q again.

In fact, it seems like the crucial part that causes the bug is that the time between the first release of Q and the next press is short enough, under ~ 1/10 s. So, if you just press Q twice VERY quickly it also causes the bug.

Bonus weirdness:

1. Cast Howling Gale as described above.

2. Don't press any button until Howling Gale is off cooldown again.

3. You now have the Q range indicator following your mouse as if you don't have quick cast activated.

4. You can cast Howling Gale using the left mouse button.
