Stuck in Champion Pick for 20 + Minutes While In my Series

I entered my series, everyone was perfectly placed, and the time counted down to the load screen, except it did not go to the load screen for anyone of my teammates. We waited 20+ minutes. None of us were going to dodge because most of us were in our series. I certainly was not going to dodge to count as an automatic lose in my series. What am i supposed to do?
