Cotton Tail Teemo

When you play skins with chroma skins on, it usually still shows the skin in the splashart, but when you play cotton tail teemo with the speckled chroma skin, it doesn't even show the cotton tail teemo in the splashart. It only shows the regular teemo splashart. I'm not sure if this is the same with the other chroma skins for cottontail teemo or any other of the newly released chroma skins.
