I don't know if this is a bug but when moving and shoting Q forward and then E behind of Jayce, E doesn't come out most of the time. I found this the easiest way to reproduce because the real problem that I have in games is that 1 in 10 times when I Q E(E placed closely in front of jayce), E doesn't come out.

I ran into this problem a long time ago, it turns out that you can cancel E by clicking to move after Q but before E casts - basically you're trying to move too quickly after casting the combo. Wait 0.25 seconds after casting and it'll fix it. Otherwise it's intended to be able to cancel queued spells.
