CRASH

My game sometimes goes not responds while im not playing or in a que but its fine when you are in game. it happens alot after update to 5.5. plz help me with this problem.( I had to wait 30 min for quit solo ranked que. its because game is not responds while i am going to choose champion.) Its very srs. plz
