[GAMEPLAY] Quinn ult tooltip bugged

I was playing an aram game when i noticed that the tooltip for Quinn's ult would bug if you moved. When you use "Behind Enemy Lines" the tool tip should say how much damage you do. I noticed that if you moved Quinn, then looked at the tooltip again, it would say 0 instead of the appropriate damage number. I repeated this multiple times.
