Teambuilder skin problems

Can riot fix the issues concerning skins while on teambuilder. Most of the times when I choose the skin on teambuilder it will not actually use it for some reason.

yeah it annoying but riot's employees too busy sucking each other to fix the 1 bilion bugs of their game

Already submitted a ticket to them, since I have been playing this game for a while now, I like to submit tickets rather than making forum posts about it. They already said they are looking into it, no guarenteed time on when the fix will occur but they are looking into it already.
