Sion jungle bug with lvl 1 krug camp

Hello,

I have been jungling sion lately and have noticed a bug that hasn't happened to me with other champions that i jungle with. When I start my lvl 1 clear at krugs I have found that the little krug will reset itself right before/at the moment you kill the big krug. I don't pull the camp because I don't need to with sion and am at the normal distance one would be to kill a lvl 1 camp.

Is this a bug or is it possible its a weird interaction with sions q knockup?
