[GAMEPLAY] Bug report - Shop opening

In game I will find myself unable to open the item shop. I have tried all different controls for opening the shop, and tried it in ARAM and Hexakill, with different champions, and the bug remained. I have even tried relogging into the game and resetting the predetermined controls, but the bug wont go away. Instead of opening the shop, the advanced stats window will open, this will happen even if i am clicking on the shopkeeper, or using p. As far as I know, it is limited only to my account, because I have tried playing with different computers to no effect. This is since the last update. Could anyone please solve it?. It is impossible for me to play like this, since buying items is such a big part of the game.
