New poppy E doesn't work properly with passive

When you use your E on someone as poppy and your passive is up she will instead try to throw the shield instead of using the ability. If you're like me and you click abilities a lot then it's a lot of trouble, since she will simply restart her shield-throwing animation over and over every time you press E, instead of actually ramming them into the wall.
