Pulsefire ezreal performance issues

I recently purchased Pulsefire ezreal for my birthday and it seemed a little off. When i "e" backwards while queing up and auto attack and smart casting "q" + "w" i seem to get either a delay or packet loss or something. My ping/fps doesnt change at all, but something definitely isnt right. . I dont think it is my computers problem, I can run the game on all highest settings at 130 fps. I dont seem to get this issue when using any other ezreal skins. Does this happen to anyone else?
