Hecarim World Breaker Skin Bug

I don't play hecarim that often and really only have the skin because of a hextech chest, however, whenever I do play him on Howling Abyss. Half of his body is shaded in black when I first even noticed this was when I walked into a bush when just starting a game of Aram up. He seemed..? to be normal again when I walked out of the bush, but that was cause I was looking at the half that was actually present and not shaded weirdly.

I constantly saw the glitch whenever I played him with the skin since. I even looked in the recent notes to see if anyone else noticed this but I almost never see hecarim in Aram, little alone someone with the World Breaker skin. So is it just me or is this something happening for everyone else as well?
