club chat bug

Every time I log into LOL it notices me one of my club chat(one record from one member)....I cannot mute it, even I shut it down and click the club for the second time, I still see the chat record and hear the notification sound. The one who spoke on the club chat has already left the club but his chat record was still there and notice me every fking time I log in. Everyone suffers the same problem?
