Weird Bug happening in on Summoners Rift

at random points in the game the game is pretty much lagging but i'm still in the game able to talk to my fellow nublets i can cast abilities but i cant see them or the damage they do. minions and champions just look like they are running around bumping into each other and i have to close the client and reopen it to fix it and or reset my computer and it will temporarily fix the bug for a short period this bug has not occurred before the recent patch 6.8 and doesn't happen in aram. please mr mrs riot fix this bug
