Everything in hextech crafting disappeared

The title says it all. This never happened to me before, i had like 9 chests some orange essence and blue essence all disappeared.

Same problem for me after the 7.12 update, I played a game and got a key fragment and still nothing showed up, I will check again tonight, hopefully recovered.

althou I got an S shard and key not even that shows up
