New Loading Game BUG

Ever since last patch, a bunch of friends and I are having trouble connecting to the game from the load screen. We need to end process tree in task manager then relaunch League for it to actually let us into the game. Anyone having the same problem?

Still having issues with the reconnect bug once I'm in game. I can watch the game as it happens but clicking doesn't work and then also get the attempting to reconnect bar
