[CLIENT] UI not responding before Launch

After patching the UI of the screen is mostly unresponsive. CPU and Memory use seem fine, and all other apps work fine except for LOL. If the Login screen actually allows me to press the Launch button, the disclaimer screen will appear after about 8 minutes. then it just stalls forever, and I can't even close the window because it's more unresponsive than before, so I have to kill the process.

I used hextool to repatch, and then to uninstall, and then uninstalled and reinstalled manually to the same effect. I tried with several VPNs on, and then off.

PC: Windows 10.
