League Client Issues

I've played league for 2 years now and have loved the game. But recently I've been having issues with the client. The in-game client works beautifully. But the client between games is crashing non-stop multiple times a day. I've tried force updating. Completely re-installing league and no resolution. I know I'm not the only one with this issue because everyone all of my friends that I play league with are experiencing the same problem. I've even watched streams where their's crashes live. The client just randomly freezes, and a windows message pops up saying league is not responding. What sucks is when I'm in champ select and the game freezes and I'm unable to select a champion and end up dodging. I'm sick of losing LP, losing promo-games, and waiting for these queue times because the game is crashing. Not me dodging.

The worst part about it is that when the game freezes, and crashes. I am able to re-open league, and log back in, but not able to load right back into champ select. My friends are telling my that I still have time, but as I log back in, I'm taken to the home screen and not able to get back into champ select, forcing me to wait the inevitable dodge.

I'm tired of losing lp, promo games and being put into lower priority queues because of this stupid bug/problem with Riots League Client. Not me dodging, or me disconnecting, but being penalized for the games bug.

I know you are working on the new "Alpha Client" and that "all my problems" will be solved once it is released. But this has been ongoing for months now. And after every patch update, every bug update. This is still occurring to me and my friends and even some streamers.

Also, every time I click on the hex-tech crafting tab, the game instantly closes and I have to restart the game. I can only access the hex-tech crafting immediately after I've restarted. I'm just asking this to be fixed. pls.
