[GAMEPLAY] Wooglet's Witchcap bug

In the twisted treeline, during a game against bots in beginner difficulty, i bought a Wooglet's Witchcap as Katarina. And the unique passive, the one supposed to give me +25% Ability Power, did not apply, i had 310 AP with my items combined, and no AP was added by the Wooglet's Witchcap. I tried trigering the active, moving the item, but i did not try selling it and rebuying it.

To recreate the bug :

  1. simply go in a game versus bots as I did, beginner difficuly, maybe even Intermediate works.
  2. Buy a wooglet's witchcap.
  3. Hovering the Item with the mouse should show the Unique Passive of it, saying that the item increases ability power by 25% (+0)

It happened to me twice, but then I tried to do it in a custom game and it didn't occur.

I rechecked this one myself, with Katarina in co-op, to see if there is anything that had changed but there hasn't been.

What you were seeing was an old tooltip bug where sometimes the added AP is not displayed on the tooltip only.
