More than once, I've flashed out of Morgana's ult at the last second, and all times, it still went off and stunned/killed me, and wasted my flash. Please look into this, I know for a fact I flashed out of range, and in time, but it still triggered the stun and damage.
It isn't bugged. Her chains are applied half a second after cast, and the ult ends with the same offset. If you flash out within half a second of the second ult proc, it has already completed and you will be stunned and take damage. On the same coin, if you parry/spellshield within half a second of the cast before the chains are applied you can avoid her ult altogether.
