Pool Party Ziggs

I just got out of a game against a Ziggs who used the Pool Party Ziggs skin and when they would q I actually was unable to see anything other than the splash on the ground. For his e I couldn't see the red balloons and instead I saw this whiteish thing that was very difficult to notice. When he ult'd me at the end of the game I actually saw nothing at all. I asked other people on my team and according to the lee he was able to see it, but it was super laggy, the Kayle said she could see it, but the Karma had the same problem I did where all we could see on the q was a faint splash on the ground. This made it super difficult to play against, because you can't really dodge that when you can't see it. I personally don't think that it effected the game's outcome by how we lost, however as a jungler it discouraged me from ganking because I couldn't see his abilities. The w was perfectly normal though. I thought that this was an annoying bug just because it made it nearly impossible to dodge his poke because I just couldn't see it. The splashing animation was also not very visible especially when there are other players, minions, and towers in the way. Just thought that I would let you know because this bug was actually obnoxious to play against.
