Sion Ult Bug

I ulted on sion in my last match and as soon as my ult started I got disconnected. When I reconnected a few seconds later I was dead because they killed me while I dcd. When I re spawned I still had the slow camera movement and locked camera. I couldn't get rid of it and I also had sions ult bar at the bottom of my screen fully completed but frozen there.
