[Gameplay] Spells not working after briefly losing connection

So I made a post on reddit that goes into more detail on the bug, but I figured I should also post this here. Basically, I was in a teamfight, died and lost connection for about 30 seconds. During this time, I respawned and when I got back into the game, I realized that I could no longer cast spells as seen in this image. Dying did not fix this, so my friend suggested I close the game and reconnect. This worked and I was able to finish the game without any other problems. It would be great if this gained visibility as this is a pretty severe bug IMO. Thanks :)
