During champ select bug

I was in champ select and when it was my turn to pick a champ for ranked game 5v5 in solo/duo queue, I could not bring down the champ select screen AND there were no champs to choose from in the game. I went through all the tabs and none of them were working either. I even searched some. but to no avail I was forced to dodge. What the frilck... I'm quite upset considering I was on a 2 win streak.

No but in all serious this really did happen and I really don't want it ta happen again since similar bugs have been plaguing my ranked games.
