well here is the bug. own every annie skin except hextech and have someone do a skin boost. skin boost is supposed to do a random skin that you do not own for the champion you have even if its the only skin you do not own. hextech annie will not temp unlock for the skin boost even if it is the only unowned annie skin. you will only get the ip boost

this just happened to me and i am VERY angry that i couldnt test drive hextech annie even temporarily through skin boost. yes it was some other very nice person who spent the rp for the skin boost but it still makes me very angry as it should have worked as intended*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*

(pic just shows boost was used and when for the bug people to look into as i would have used hextech annie if it hadnt of bugged instead of frost annie)

Skin boost only works on skins available in the store or legacy types of skin! Hextech Annie (if I remember correctly) is label as a limited edition. As I'm pretty sure you can get it from mystery gift, nor as a skin shard from hextech crafting.
