Stuck on Loading Screen after latest client update

This is new, basically after new update I cannot load the game anymore. The client gets stuck at 99% and I get leaver buster.. Im going to uninstall for a while and play something else. Hopefully Riot can figure this out, as I see many people are facing the same problem from time to time..
