Mastery Acquisition animation is/has been broken for over a month now.

Hopefully, when I get my next mastery unlocked on a champion I'll be able to provide proof, but for what seems to be about 1 month, getting mastery 5, in the end-game lobby, provides no animation. There is no pop-up that says "get two S-'s for mastery 6" or something along those lines. Additionally, getting mastery 6 and mastery 7 provide no animation, and when checking your champion collection after getting a champ to mastery 7, there symbol will remain at the mastery 6 sign until relogging.
