Future lucian changes

Since lucian is being looked at for changes as a lucian main i would suggest changing lucians w. As of right now it literally only exists to get a double shot and has no great effect in his kit. I think to also benefit from building crit as suggested but still able to go midlane is to make his auto attacks the primary damage in his kit and maybe have 1 of his abilities be able to crit so that he doesnt default to exploiting black cleaver and lethality. I'm very keen to see what will happen to Lucian as he certainly needs a big change to bring him back into play.
