RIP rune pages

So recently when I log in, my summoner spells get reset to heal and ghost, my skins get set to default, and my 10 saved rune pages all disappear and I'm left with the 4 useless preset ones. This has never happened to me in the past until a couple of patches ago, but since then, the pages have disappeared at least 5-6 times.
