Client/server lag

well, i have some lag and high ping during the game, normally my ping is 82 now it reaches 192+, i thought the problem in my conncetion but i just figured that i am not the only one who is facing this problem, i have got many friends are having the same thing "ig lag" even in the champions selection there are some errors, also the players who are against me are suffering from the same issue not all of them but it is like 3-4 so i thought of making this thread to make it clear to Riot management, i even tried other online games my connection was cool so the problem in Lol itself either the client or the server i do not really know
