Client bug

Hi, i have problem with my client, i cannot open friend list, chat, notice and my champions. i asked my friend if he had same problem but he didnt and our clients looks diferent. Buttons of chat,friend list and notification are flashing and cannot be clicked. Can you help me with it ?
