Cant use Q, R and B on kata

For 5 minutes I wasn't able to use q nor r nor b on kata in pvp 5v5 summoners rift match. I then reconnected, yet the issue still persisted for 2 min.

Iv'e reported this issue on several occasions and Riot does nothing just ignores it

Yes people have been reporting the bug. The only way to fix it in game though, sadly, is to die. Works for me :/

yeah it's a weird bug, I've only had it happen once, but it obviously had significant impact on play
