Replay Bug?

I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience. About 4-5 months ago, I was doing fine downloading League replays when one day one froze on me. It was sitting there for about 5 minutes, I wasn't able to alt tab, and I thought a restart would be fine. Since I had done a restart prior and it was fine. After restarting my computer I kept getting a "Bad System Configuration" pop up. I had to take my computer to the shop where my hard drive needed to be replaced. I haven't attempted to download anything prior from the replays ever since. I have tried once. But I closed it out after the screen went black for longer than I thought it should have so I was able to close it out. I see that there is a new Camera Tool coming out soon and I would love to use it. Any tips or ways that this can be fixed? Or help me overcome my "fear"
