Unable to Remake with 2 afks that didn't connect in Ranked Flex

Our Jg Vi did not connect to the ranked game and our top Jax left the game as well. Jax reconnected at 2:58 seconds but Vi was still disconnected. It did not prompt us to remake and we were unable to initiate it. Needless to say we lost the game and we lost lp due to this bug.

This might be related to the "game not starting at 100% loaded" bug. If someone leaves that frozen loading screen and manually reconnects, it will not allow you to remake regardless of how long they take to load in.
