You've been disconnected from chat, attempting to reconnect..

Every time I launch league of legends launcher it says "You've been disconnected from chat, attempting to reconnect.." I tried the hextech repair tool like another forum post suggested but it didn't work.

P.S I am able to play games but am not able to interact with any of the people on my friends list in anyway.
