Can't leave queue in new client.

So I recently ran into a problem with the new client. When I got into a queue everything seemed normal at first, however after spending 10 min + in queue (not normal for my rank) I figured maybe something was wrong so I tired leaving the queue and it wouldn't let me. A game never popped and i was unable to leave the queue. The only way to leave the queue was to close the client if I did I was then unable to start it again before restarting my computer. Figured it was a one time thing so tried again..same thing and since it happened 5 times in a row (Also tried unranked queues, same thing happend). Tried to repair LoL and flusch my DNS, but nothing helped. Has anyone encountered anything similar and if so, how do I fix it?
