FIX MY ABILITY TO USE RP AND EXP

Every time i go into the store its either commando galio or katana will just stop dancing to confirm the purchase....... I have been asking about this for awhile now and its only gotten me to where i can look in the store at times but not fully go through with getting a new champ or purchasing RP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is seeming like riot does not care and im starting to feel like i should give up on league after playing for so many years. DO YOU NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LONG TIME MEMBERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then your support don't even fallow up....
