I was playing Jinx just there and as the minions spawned i noticed that my locked camera turned on and the button beside the mini map did nothing to turn it off. The only solution I had was to exit the game and come back in. Just thought I would bring it to your attention.
I had a similar bug, twice now, happened on the ARAM map. The button simply won't respond to clicks. Does nothing. Had to also close the game and reconnect to fix.
Supposedly if you click and then drag on your minimap it fixes it.
I haven't had it happen since I learned that, what I had been doing was switching from Full Screen to Windowed, and then back again, which also works.
