Stuck at loggin on screen, then Unknown Error

Hello, I have some problem with logging on to my account. In am and like to 6-7pm its ok, but then when Im in client, the client is laggy, and like delayed. You almost cant accept a game and pick a champ. So main solution is to restart right? Yeah, so I did it, but I cant log in, I am stucked on Logging On, then it sometimes let me go to client, sometimes no, but however it gives me Unknown Error. Im having this like for maybe a week, I am not sure. Please help me, I want to play when I want, not when game wants... Thanks :)
