Mastery token glitch

So, I am trying to get mastery 7 on Volibear.

I had a 13/1 game, but no S token, even worse, NO GRADE AT ALL. All my other games get their grade, but the one that is 100% an S is glitched. See for yourself; https://imgur.com/a/Sx4FZCR

I thought it would be fixed after a few games, but it has been a day now, I want my S token. I am not even sure if it is worth my time to continue trying to get an S or S+ if its glitched...

I too have this problem. I wanted to make a thread about it but see you have the same issues as me.

On my games with Tryndamere, i never get awarded an S or higher: when the game is finished. The circle where the Mastery is usually displayed in just keeps spinning. No grade is awarded...

This isn't new btw, has been going on a while now.
