[CLIENT], [GAMEPLAY]: Keybindings messed up after load screen ALT-TAB

-How does this bug occur?: While in a game's load-screen (any gamemode), I ALT-TAB and go do something else, like read reddit or watch a YouTube video. If the game starts (in the background) while you're still doing something else, this weird bug appears.

-What happens?: I think the key bindings get messed up in some sort. When pressing P (to open the shop) nothing happens. When pressing LMB, I instead issue a normal 'ping' every time I click. When pressing RMB (to walk) nothing happens (this means I am unable to move). When pressing ENTER (to type a message) my screen resolution is set to another resolution (other than 1920x1080) and so on.

-Who has this issue?: Me and a few friends are experiencing it. One of my friends can get this weird bug mid-game as well, it can be very frustrating. (This bug started appearing a few patches ago)

-How can I fix this issue?: Simply exiting and then re-entering the game (and then not being ALT-TABbed while in the loadscreen) will fix everything. This means it is not a game-breaking bug, but it can be fairly annoying to have to restart your game every time you are accidentally still ALT-TABbed when the game begins.
