Eula disappears after I click accept.

I tried this: http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=434680 It did not work at all, I'm having the same issue that he is having.

Every Time there is an update; I try to accept the EULA, but whenever I click accept, it disappears. I try again, the EULA pops up, and then it disappears again after I click accept... I haven't found a solution to this & I need one :(

Could someone PLEASE help.
