Zed's W+E combo bug?

As of today, whenever I play Zed and do his w+e combo, like a third of the time the shadow won't do the spinning-slashing animation, which causes it to do no damage, which is quite frustrating when it happens that often. I've tried to use all of his skins to see if it was just the skin but unfortunately, it's not the case. Never happened to me before today.

How to reproduce: Simply do his W+E combo many times in a lane of minions and pay attention to the shadow "E" ability to see if the damage applies.

Not sure if I'm the only one reporting this bug, but I hope it'll get fix :)
