[Client/Gameplay] Not earning grades or loot

I was chat restricted in the past (been free since January). As a result, I'm not allowed to earn loot. Additionally, everytime I get a S rank or higher my friends get loot while I don't AND my S rank isn't recorded in "Season Highest Grade", under the Champions category. My grade appears in the post game lobby, but it apparently isn't saving it for my profile.

Also, when does my second punishment end? I posted a question about it in the Support page, and they told me to post a bug report here asking why I couldn't earn loot despite not currently being restricted.
