[CLIENT] Infernal Nasus Skin Not Working in PvP>Classic>Normal>Team Builder

So I was playing a PvP>Classic>Normal>Team Builder game where I locked in Nasus with the Infernal Nasus skin selected. After finding a game, on the loading screen I noticed that I had the classic Nasus skin instead of Infernal Nasus. I was gifted Infernal Nasus via the 790 RP mystery chest a few days ago by a friend. By checking my match history, I had noticed that the Infernal Nasus skin had successfully launched in Classic PvP Blind Pick, and not team builder. After that, I played another game in the same queue with Infernal Nasus selected ( this time I checked extra carefully) and I saw that the skin still wasn't selected once I was in-game. During the game, another player playing as Master Yi had also discussed with me about how his skin didn't work when he selected it in the lobby either, though they did not specify which skin they were trying to use.
