[CLIENT] Changing your Summoner Name doesn't allow the usage of Club Tags

When I changed my Summoner name on LoL on the EUNE server from BlindDoge to Gago, my club tag, which was at the time "TSLG" vanished and since then I am unable to use a club tag on my account. On my second account I can use a club tag and change it whenever I want. I have already posted this discussion but it has yet not gotten any official fixes or responses.
